How to change languages in Sivib’s multi-language POS software?
Switch the user interface language as per user preference.
Method 1: Change language from the Database Connection program.
Step 1: Open Pharmacy Main icon on your monitor.
Step 2: Press the Database Connection button.
Step 3: Choose the language from the dropdown and change this to whatever language you prefer.
Step 4: Click Close button. That’s all.
Method 2: Change language from the Sivib POS Software/PharmacyGPP.
Step 1: Open Pharmacy Main icon on your monitor.
Step 2: Press the Sivib POS Software/PharmacyGPP button.
Step 3: F10 / System menu
Step 4: Choose the language from the dropdown and change this to whatever language you prefer.
Step 5: Click OK button.
Step 6: Please restart the Sivib POS Software / PharmacyGPP program after changing your language.
How to create a custom language in Sivib POS Software?
Our language translation relies on Google Translate, so it may not be accurate. If you need to modify or customize to your correct language, please use the “Create Your Language” software.

For example, I create a Vietnamese language file
Step 1: Open English.xlsx file in Microsoft Excel program (default in D: / PharmacyGPP / English.xlsx)
Step 2: Edit content [Your language] column → Vietnamese language
Step 3: Save the Vietnam.xlsx file to a location on your computer.
Step 4: Close Microsoft Excel program.
Step 5: [1] Open the Pharmacy Main icon on your monitor.
Step 6: [2] Press Create Your Language button.
Step 7: [3] Press Choose file button → select the Vietnam.xlsx file in step 3
Step 8: Here, you can also edit the content before exporting it to the XML file.
Step 9: [4] Press F2 key → Save to the installation folder PharmacyGPP / lang / Vietnamese.xml
